After more than a year of being on hold, DHEC has now given us the go ahead to pour the walls.  The foundation is poured and the grading is done.  Now we are excited to see a new church be built for the glory of God.  Our little chapel where we have had church is so full, so we are excited to see God build this church.  IF THE LORD WILLS, OUR VISION IS TO SEE VICTORIOUS VALLEY BAPTIST CHURCH BUILT BY THE END OF 2010.  Now as you know, nearly half the church is the kids in the home.  They each tithe around $3.00 a month.  To see a $500,000.00 church be built, we must trust God to accomplish this great work.  We know this church being built is the perfect will of God.  We have asked the Lord and we are asking you to let us see a miracle take place here with the building of this church.  God is able to do exceeding abundantly above all we can ask or think.  He has proven Himself to us here at Victorious Valley so many times that we should never doubt Him!  This is a great need.  We have around 115 who are a part of the membership at Victorious Valley, and around 50 are from the homes.  This is a mission work and we beg for your prayers that God will really show Himself real to us all here, but especially to the one’s in the home.

The church has around $60,000.00 in the bank and it will take $70,000.00 to accomplish the next step in the building process!  With much prayer and excitement we will keep everyone updated on the progress.  Thank you!

We are excited about the birth of our first granddaughter.  Selah Brooks Casey was born on July 3, 2008.  She weighed 9 lb. 1 oz. and was 22 inches long.

Hello.  We are Carl and Mindy Stine.  We have been blessed to be a part of this wonderful ministry.  God led us  here to serve full time in the Lord’s work.  We are thankful for His guidance and blessings.  It is a joy to serve our wonderful Saviour!

Daniel Keller and Candice Richards

First of all, I want to thank the Lord for being so good to me.  I came to the home over six years ago, and God has done such a work in my life.  After I had been here about three months, the Lord graciously saved me and completely changed my direction in life.  From that point on, I never wanted to just be the “normal” Christian.  I always wanted to be able to serve the Lord in a ministry.  I have always had a burden to reach the teenagers that are going through what I have been through.

Daniel and I me last year when he and his family came to visit the home.  He has been working in the prison ministry for the past five years, primarily in the juvenile detention centers in Florida.

We are so grateful to the Lord for His leading in our lives.  We will be getting married here at Victorious Valley on October 3.  Please pray for us as we prepare to serve the Lord together.
